Remote in sealed bag and unused. Unit does have some minor scratches or marks from being on shelf. Tested with music CD and DVD movie and unit plays perfectly. Includes remote, power cable, car power adapter and AV Cables. Can also use batteries (sold separately). Does not include movies or CDs.
